· 3 meetings: Initial planning, midway update, and final planning
· Up to 10 hours of wedding day management plus 1 hour for rehearsal
· List of preferred vendors
· Services begin immediately (within 8 months of wedding)
· Provide etiquette expertise
· Assemble and mail invitations purchased through Stardust
· Create reception design inspiration and floor plan
· Attend tasting with caterer or venue
· Attend floral meeting
· Prompt communication via phone, email, or in-person meetings
· Access to personalized online planning portal
· Create day schedules, planning calendar, and manage confirmations from all vendors
· Plan and direct the wedding ceremony rehearsal
